You will need to use an FTP client like "Filezilla" or  "Fetch"
OR if you have Explorer, it will allow you to drag and drop once you are to the site.
 
URL: "ftp.printbig.com"
 
Username: ftpprint
Password:   digigraphuploads

OPEN FOLDER NAMED: httpdocs
OPEN FOLDER NAMED: CLIENT UPLOADS

If I know you are sending files, I will add a folder with your name.  Upload files there.
Please send an email to let us know once files are uploaded.
